Are K-Style Products Authentic?

Absolutely. All products sold on K-Style are 100% authentic Korean beauty and skincare brands, sourced directly from official Korean suppliers and authorized distributors. We never sell replicas, imitations, or unauthorized goods.

Are K-Style Products Safe for All Skin Types?

Most K-Beauty brands are formulated with gentle, dermatologist-tested ingredients suitable for sensitive skin. However, we always recommend reviewing product ingredients and conducting a patch test before full application.

Do you offer gift packaging or notes?

At this time, we do not offer custom gift wrapping, but all orders are carefully packed in clean, secure packaging that's perfect for gifting. You can include a personal message by contacting contact@shopkstyle.com before your order is processed.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Our handling time is typically 3-5 business days, followed by:
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

Delivery time may vary slightly by country and customs clearance. Tracking information is provided once your order has been shipped.

Can I track my orders?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can also log in to "My Orders" on our website to view your real-time delivery status.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide wherever postal services are available. Some countries may have additional customs requirements or shipping restrictions, which can affect delivery time. Visit our Shipping page for more details.

Are duties and taxes included in my order?

No. Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) unless stated otherwise. Import duties, customs fees, or taxes are determined by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility upon delivery. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return or get a refund?

Yes. We have a 7-day return policy for eligible items. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. To request a return, contact contact@shopkstyle.com with your order number and reason for return. See our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately at contact@shopkstyle.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We'll verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel immediately after purchase, email contact@shopkstyle.com as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist before it ships.
